Architectural house with sea view

The holiday home Almoçageme Valmarinha 1 with 85 m² net living space is suitable for 2-4 persons. The architect’s house is situated in a quiet and central location on the edge of Almoçageme (Praia da Adraga), a typical Portuguese village in the Sintra/Cascais nature reserve. The area is characterized by little tourism.

The house is very bright and modern furnished, with a small garden of approx. 70 m². From here and from all rooms of the house you have a breathtaking view to the sea. On the 1st floor there is a sleeping area with a double bed, a large bathroom with tub and bidet. Above it there is a mezzanine with a single bed and a separate small gallery room with a double bed.

On the ground floor, the large living area with a cosy open fireplace invites you to linger. The kitchen-cum-living room can accommodate 6 people and is ideally equipped for self-catering with dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven.

Due to the central heating the house can also be used in the colder months. There is also an internet connection available.

Permanent tenants outside of the season from November to March are welcome.

Crockery, cutlery and all kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels (except bath towels for the beach) are available. A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge if required.

Prices include additional costs (possible heating costs for central heating will be charged separately depending on consumption) for 2 – 4 persons.

High season June to August: minimum 1 week € 1.260,00 (per day € 180,00)

Remaining time: minimum 7 days € 980,00 (per day € 140,00)

Month from November to March: € 1.650,00
(Any heating costs must be covered).

Arrival from 15.00 hrs, departure 10.00 hrs or by arrangement.
